istory: Custom made for "Marshall Field & Company" by a skilled craftsman in 1925 for a private family in Wisconsin with two girls. It is an original one of a kind piece.

ll of these furniture pieces were acquired with the dollhouse when we originally bought it back in 1976. Many of the pieces are handmade and are original pieces from when the dollhouse was crafted.

DOWNSTAIRS HALL-WAY
1 telephone table, 1 telephone chair, 1 Small rug.
It comes with it's original wooden base to keep it off the ground.

We took the video back in 1994 when we had thought about selling it. We got cold feet and decided not to do it. Only now have we finally decided to let it go. We hate to do it but we know that this should be in the hands of a collector or museum.

It is highly suggested that buyer comes out to pick up dollhouse in person. If not, buyer must take total responsibility for item through any transit of their choice. They must also pay for packaging, shipping and insurance.
Cash expected if picking up in person, otherwise checks are accepted but must wait 2 weeks to clear.
